My career has been shaped by three areas that I am passionate about: healthcare, underwriting, and technology. With more than 18 years of experience in underwriting and a professional background as a pharmacist, I have developed a unique combination of medical knowledge, risk assessment expertise, analytical thinking, and business understanding.
My medical background has given me a strong foundation for understanding complex medical information, while my years in underwriting have taught me how to evaluate risk, make thoughtful decisions, and balance multiple factors in complex situations. Alongside this experience, I have developed an extensive technical background that allows me to understand data, systems, and technology and how they can be applied to improve processes and solve real-world business challenges.
I believe that my greatest strength comes from being able to look at a problem from multiple perspectives—combining clinical knowledge, underwriting experience, analytical thinking, and technical expertise. This multidisciplinary approach has shaped the way I work and continues to drive my curiosity, professional growth, and passion for solving meaningful challenges.
